I'm currently finishing up my first novel, translating a book from French to English, learning Mandarin, and continuing my graduate education.
I have experience teaching English as a Second Language in Mexico, Greece, and China. I also wrote and directed a documentary that will hopefully be released in the near future.
I write about travel, languages, teaching, literature, art, film, and food.
At the end of the day, I don't take myself all that seriously. I just like to live and write. That's good enough for me.
